Mumbai, India, February 01, 2013 - L&T Technology 91原创 inaugurated the new Global Engineering Service Center (GESC) in Chennai, India. Through this GESC, Takata continues to demonstrate its commitment to true globalization to best serve its worldwide customers through safety systems innovations and reducing time-to-market.
Over the next five-years, the GESC will focus on expansion and optimization of the facility to provide value, efficiency and support making it an advance Global Development Centre for Takata. During that period, L&T Technology 91原创 will provide mechanical and electronics engineering services for Takata technical centers located in Japan, the United States and Germany . The center will enhance global engineering research and development capabilities for next-generation automobile occupant safety and protection systems.
