Gaurav is part of the leadership team at L&T Technology 91原创 (LTTS) and responsible for defining the business vision and execution roadmap for creating a high-performing and profitable organization. As the CBO, he is focused on creating strategic partnerships and building long-term relationships with global majors, combining the strengths of product and process engineering with IoT and Digital. Based in London, Gaurav has been associated with these mission-critical sectors for over 20 years and held leading positions in various organizations. He has been working with offshore business majors, western OEMs, and ecosystem partners to establish business transformation programs which increasingly are assuming the shape of 鈥渄igital transformation鈥 leveraging various IoT and Industry 4.0 initiatives. Prior to joining LTTS, Gaurav was responsible for managing Tech Mahindra鈥檚 Engineering business and held the charter for managing Pininfarina鈥檚 business globally which witnessed a complete turnaround post acquisition. His inimitable style of leadership, combined with his sharp focus on customer experience, has helped LTTS emerge as one of the leading providers in the engineering services space. Gaurav holds a bachelor鈥檚 degree in Engineering and master鈥檚 in international business management.
